Sandwich panel
Color steel sandwich panel consists of two layers of color steel plate and inside insulation layer, There are polystyrene(EPS) panel, rock wool sandwich panel, fiber glass panel and polyurethane(PU) sandwich panel based on different insulation layers. Thickness of insulatioin layer and color steel plate can be ajusted according to different applicatioin.

Length: Customized but no more than 12000mm usually.
Up color steel board thickness: 0.3mm to 0.6mm
Low color steel board thickness: 0.3mm to 0.6mm
Total thickness: 50mm to 150mm,
Coated materials: Zinc or aluminum alloy, 30-120G/M2
Fillings: EPS, PU, fiber glass or rock wool
Steel: Q235
